Questions
What happens when the trial ends?
The app switches to read-only: you can open and search everything already synced, but syncing and sending pause until you subscribe. Nothing is deleted.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The trial starts when you create an account, and we ask for payment only when you subscribe.
How many computers can I use?
Your subscription covers all your own machines — install it on your desktop, laptop, and work computer.
Who processes payments?
Paddle, our merchant of record. They handle cards, PayPal, invoices, and sales tax/VAT for your country. We never see your card number.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — within 14 days of a charge, no questions asked. See the refund policy page for details.
What does the subscription actually pay for?
Signed builds, automatic updates, support, and continued development. There is no server-side mail infrastructure to pay for, which is why the price is what it is.
