Refund policy

Effective August 17, 2026.

14 days, no questions asked

If you are unhappy with Hindsight for any reason, email nick@hindsightmail.app within 14 days of any charge — first payment or renewal — and we will refund it in full. Refunds are issued by Paddle, our merchant of record, back to the original payment method, and typically arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Renewals

Forgot to cancel before a renewal? That counts. Any renewal charge is refundable within 14 days.

After 14 days

Outside the window we generally do not refund partial periods, but if something is genuinely broken for you, write to us — we would rather fix it or make it right than keep the money.

Consumer rights

Nothing here limits statutory rights you have under the consumer law of your country, including EU/UK distance-selling rules.
